AusFitness Expo Sydney, held from 11–13 September 2026 at ICC Sydney, brings together fitness and wellness brands, live sports, special guests and interactive challenges for the general public.

AusFitness Expo Sydney transforms ICC Sydney into a three-day festival of fitness, wellness and live sport from 11–13 September 2026. Visitors can discover, sample and shop from more than 150 fitness, nutrition and wellness brands, explore new training and recovery technologies, and access exclusive show offers with discounts of up to 70%.
Beyond the exhibition floor, the expo features live competitions including the CrossFit Expo Games, APL Powerlifting Nationals, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, street workout and the ICN Muscle & Model Competition. Visitors can also take on fitness challenges, enter prize giveaways and meet well-known fitness personalities and sporting guests, with meet and greets included in the ticket.
For those who want to get involved, activities such as the Deadly Dozen fitness race, Titan Games and arm-wrestling challenges offer opportunities to test strength and fitness. Visitors can then explore the Hyperice Recovery Lounge and discover the latest recovery and wellness technology.

Admission: Early-bird adult tickets start from $15. Pre-show adult tickets start from $20, while show-day tickets start from $25. Children aged 12 and under receive free entry.
